Fit Model & Bikini Posing and Full Workshops:
Optional 3D scan for any athletes at no cost
Optional physique assessment from Coach Adam to target which division you should enter, physique balance and areas of physique that may need more development
1 hour Fit Model and Bikini posing seminar and show run through followed by Q&A starting at 10am
Exercise biomechanics seminar led by Coach Adam to ensure you're working out with proper exercise mechanics (open to transformation clients)
Exercise intensity review by Coach Adam and TEP Coaches so we can ensure you're working as hard as needed to reach your goals (open to transformation clients)
Team workout with Coach Adam and TEP Coaches in our private leg and glute gym (open to transformation clients)
At some team events we will also be setting up outings such as healthy dinners and outings in Vegas for fun team experiences (open to transformation clients)
