Refund Policy
We have a no-refund policy. Once a client purchases an online programming package, the program will begin on the day it is purchased and will run for consecutive days from that start date.
Monthly Memberships
A “month” is defined as the period from one payment date to the next. For example, a membership purchased on the 30th will renew on the 30th of the following month, with the previous cycle ending on the 29th (By accepting, you agree to these terms when placing your online order.) If your show date falls after your next billing date, you must remain an active client to continue receiving coaching.
Prepaid Memberships
Prepaid memberships are purchased in fixed time blocks—for example, a 6-month membership equals 180 days, and a 12-month membership equals 365 days. These memberships run for consecutive days from the start date, regardless of calendar months.
Please note: The actual end date may vary by a day or two depending on the month of purchase. For instance, a membership that includes February may gain a day (since February has 28 days but you receive 30), while a membership that includes January may lose a day (as January has 31 days, but you receive 30).
Payment Cancellations
For month-to-month subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. To cancel, please email [email protected] directly.
Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to forfeit any right to dispute charges if you do not follow the cancellation policy as outlined.
Program Pause Policy
Due to client capacity limits, we are unable to pause, extend, or restart programs for any reason, including unused time. Please take this into consideration when selecting your program duration, as no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
All prepaid programs must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. For monthly billing options, a minimum 4-month commitment is required on all programs, regardless of whether you are a new or returning client.
