Steve Jordan
Elite Coach and Personal Trainer at CPC
M.S. Applied Physiology and Kinesiology
Steve grew up in Southwest Florida and was an athlete from a young age playing football, basketball, baseball, soccer, track and field and was a nationally ranked archer. Through his development in football and track and field, Steve found a passion in bodybuilding and training. After high school, Steve enlisted in the Air Force where he was an Aircraft Weapons specialist before he became a Commissioned Officer working on a joint Army and Air Force team to counter Weapons of Mass Destruction. During this time, Steve was an Air Force Physical Training Leader (PTL) charged with the monitoring, training, and administering fitness exams for his entire squadron . With the pressures of constant deployments and an aggressive operations tempo, Steve fell into an unhealthy trap and began to gain weight. Making a choice to change his habits, he began working with Adam and Team Elite Physique in 2019 and, in doing so, lost 50lbs and became a men’s physique competitor. Since then, Steve has become a Nationally Qualified NPC athlete and is currently in pursuit of his goal of becoming a IFBB Pro. Steve graduated from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Physiology and Kinesiology in order to refine his skills as a coach with a better understanding of human movement and development. Steve is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Virtual Coach. To further expand and refine his skills, Steve will be seeking a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in order to not only help healthy athletes in the pursuit of their goals, but to rehabilitate individuals with injury back to optimal performance
