If you’re looking to get to the Elite level, be pushed to the max and held accountable throughout the entire process with in person weekly check ins then one on one training is for you. Personal training gives us the option to dial in your exercise technique and learn proper form specific to sculpting your body. This will also give us the ability to push you harder than you would usually push yourself and really help accelerate your results because of the extra intensity. Personal training is done between 1 and 3 times per week and includes a one time menu plan designed for your general fat loss, recomp or weight gain goals. If you are looking to train one on one please note that Adam and Team Elite Physique associate trainers are generally booked 6-8 weeks out and you should make arrangements to set this up weeks in advance before you start your prep as it will be unlikely that you will get the time slot that you would prefer if you don’t.

Please note that this is not contest prep style menu plans with weekly check-ins, this is personal training more geared towards health and fitness clients. If you are a contest prep client rates are on the contest prep page and sessions and programming are separate due to the intense workload a contest prep menu plan entails.

Please note personal training packages paid by credit card will be charged a merchant fee of 2.75% to cover the costs of PayPal fees.

Please note that any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged as a “no-show” session and a single session from your total number of purchased sessions will be deducted. There are no refunds on personal training services and sessions must be used within 1 year from date of purchase. All appointments are reoccurring appointments and you will have a set day and time of your training sessions. If you abandon your time slot more than two weeks in a row the third week it will become available to another client. You will be able to take the next time slot that opens up when a client leaves in the aforementioned scenario, you will also have the option to deduct sessions from your current package to cover the 3rd week and beyond training session time slot. All personal training packages are paid in full and are must be used within 1 year from date of purchase.
